We started in 2011 as resellers. Which, if you know anything about reselling hosting, means we were essentially the middleman between you and someone else's servers, hoping nothing would break and that if it did, the actual infrastructure people would pick up the phone. They did not always pick up the phone.
By 2016 we'd had enough of that. We built our own infrastructure, launched our own product range, and stopped apologising for things that weren't our fault. Today we run hosting for over 200 clients across three countries, and the product list has grown a bit since then.
